Is Death Too Abstract for Our Brain to Understand?
In developmental psychology, we see how challenging it is for the brain to wrap around this crazy idea. And as adults, although there is a rational part of us that can go through the abstract understanding, i believe there's probably also some emotional components that just are consulting this, this bond, rather than the rational memories.
