Book Review - Ohe
There's very much contradiction between that first book and the second book, where you start to see the negative fall out. Ohe sets in motion his own assassinationa a way to bring about this new future, a new potential for humanity - which is pretty interestinga. And then he actually, i think, tries to introduce a more hegalian approach to it by trying to get rid of this sort of mechanistic, controlled aspect. Eventually, as part of this, he becomes inhuman. He resembles a worm with a human face, and lives something like four thousand years. Even winds up engineering his own assassination.
