We focus a lot on application software in what I call white collar jobs. We see a lot of businesses which have been built serving white collar roles, which end up and none of them being transatlantic. So having an ability to properly scale these businesses on both sides of the Atlantic is we felt very, very important. It's trying to be systematic about where we have a reason to play.
