Climate Change - Is China a Global Leader?

There's going to be much greater visibility, transparency and accountability on what people are doing. And that kind of accountability will drive popular demand and discontent with the absence of action. You know, i remember one of the the things that ended up making china think so much more abut pollution and therefore climate change. It certainly drove some of the activity within china during a period of time.
