If you're not a part of a company where that culture is embraced, it's time to get out. Gan to meet people outside of your own work unit. Build a network and make that network as broad and wide as possible. Speak up positively about people you met, and then let them speak up positively about you. You don't join a group, a networkmay outside the company, may be inside the company, that is concerned about climate. Bring what you learn back to the workplace for informal conversations. People will see you as somebody who can teach, who can bring ideas.
