I think that for me Carolina in this particular way I think that is a cultural thing because in Colombians like it is very Non-prolide to ask these questions when you're forcing somebody. So the way I approach this is I'm personally also extremely pragmatic right so yes I want to know about them, but I want to knows about how I can be efficient on their day. It's definitely Not an approach for everybody that is for sure.
