Why does this model focus on the personal when we might expect so much of knowledge as we traditionally think about it showing up in a workplace? I said it personal as also social. Because none of us, you know, as john dunn said, no man is an island and that we are the the sum of our interactions with with others. So definitely is that the knowledge is is both of those things, personal and social.
