series two of the podcast is on how much can any of us change really who we are. We're genetically the same person, but also very different. Can we within our own lives have agency to change who we are in terms of our personality, our physique? And that's what we set out to answer. Chris and I ended up at the end of this paradox where I had always insisted he'd lost 30 kilos. So I was wrong to nag, but I was right that change is possible. The final ingredient is optimism. Change is really possible. Tiny changes. Getting better at detecting your heart rate. Losing weight. Really hard, but it really is possible.
