How to Write a Story of Adolescence

I was thinking a lot about philosophy. There were lots of religious discussions that went on in our household as I was growing up, so writing was my way of exploring that and hopefully conveying something of interest then to the readers along those lines. As with many teenagers, I had a period at that time when I started, I became aware of my own mortality. So I was grappling with all these big questions. And then what I tried to do was put Aragon in those situations and make him face those answers for me but also deal with other stuff too. We're talking about habits and stuff like that.
