How to Make Money With a Million Quid
Our business is essentially purchasing land, gaining planning and building bespoke homes. That's ultimately how we make the bulk of our money. We get equity debt and then senior debt on top of that for the build out. So the margins are between 20 and 25%. But it's highly leveraged, which also makes it huge.
