I think I love developing people more than I ever did actually most of the jobs I did but that was just the thing that I was best at so probably no surprise we're both doing what we're doing today. This is a promotion problem that really resonated with me at different points of my career. I really wanted to become a manager. But there's this real catch 22 and a lot of companies where you put yourself forward for those promotions where you get to be a people manager for the first time. You're like well obviously. Obviously why do you think I'm a product of a people manager.
