Cobis: The climate thing would have gotten more press traction if it were framed in terms of electrification, like green-ended sustainable electrification rather than climate. Cobis: I think the U.S. tried to put some substance into it, but not a lot of coherence in the outcome of it. Dozens of African leaders in Washington, D.C., potentially the most stillborn summit the Americans have hosted since the summit of the Americas, Latin America and L.A. months ago.
