How to Label Animal Free Dairy
Dairy farmers some dairy farmer group has gotten together saying that animal free dairy referring to it as milk which is an issue we talk about a whole lot how do you label these plant-based moch foods. This gets to the same question we've raised before not kind of for different motivations but when they say that there's this dairy identical cheese that they're making and it's not really dairy identical It uses this this lab engineer sort of fermented animal-free whey protein and then they put a bunch of other stuff like coconut oil all these things that are not traditionally part of cheese in them.
