I believe that it is okay if you've been doing this for 10 years to revisit those Advent series from 10 years ago, or maybe even five years ago. It's worth it to be able to dip into the hard work that you've done in the past, and then not just repreciate verbatim, but to use that as scaffolding that you use in the future. I know that some church traditions use what's called a lectionary. And so that means that every church in its parish or worldwide is going through the same passages on the same Sunday. Well, we don't do that here in my church and you probably don't do it in yours either. But
