The Importance of Receptive Meditation
There are two types of meditative practices. The first type is the type that was primarily developed in the east. You're not generating any thought forms, you're holding your mind completely clear. Active meditation is things like what we think of today as creative visualization. It's really the ability to create a thought form. Now this can be a magical power. They certainly change the reality inside of us and they can start to change the reality outside of us too. If we create a coherent enough thought form, it all gets projected out.
