Is Bipap Good for Pneumonia?

Bipap is not good for secretion clearence. Sometimes what i've had success with ar a rotating soufflet of bi pap and hypho nasal canula. It also gives their skin breakdown a rest as well. And patients are into it, ye. The really sick yo p t patient will come in, we'll have em on by pap or like 24 hours,. maybe give hem like a lot of rest, and then you can take hem off by pap.
