How to Increase Fermented Foods to Improve Your Gut Microbiome
There is evidence that adding more fermented foods to your diet can boost your gut microbiome and reduce chronic inflammation, which should help with age-related diseases like arthritis. But if you do choose to go down this route at word of warning, do start slowly to give your gut a chance to get used to it. And for an extra gut boost, do include plenty of fibre, because if you up your fruit and veg intake, you'll also improve your skin.
