A Step Culture or a Nomadic Culture?
Jengas grew up in a region where other tribes were around. Was it specific to Mongols or was this also true of other groups that were on the steps? I think a lot of these issues were more specific to the step nomads, because if you compare it to, for example, Middle Eastern nomads, especially with the Arab world, it's quite, quite different. Their whole culture is quite different, even though they're nomadic people.
