Melissa: Your challenge for this week is to find that pause. You know that little space between what happens to us and how we respond to it. Melissa: Once you find the pause, use it for self-inquiry. Or you can think of it as using it to challenge your usual patterns. There's no right or wrong way to do this. But I'll bring you back to some of the questions that I find helpful.
