How to Describe a Task in an OBM Conversation
The task is actually a task that's been used a lot in OBM research. People call it the check processing task. And essentially what you do is you look at a picture of a check and then you type in the numerical values on the check and hit enter. It's a pretty simple task, but where this originated was from work done by Bill Abernathy.
