Is There a State Wide Vaccination Mandat?
I don't know of any state that has a state wide vaccination mandate. I think it has a lot more to do with politics than constitutional concerns. There's a temptation during a pandemic for every level of government to point the finger at another level of government and try to assign responsibility for the problem elsewhere. Because making hard decisions, iis hard, and it can be politically costly.
