The Four Noble Truths in the Hateful Path
The four noble truths of buddhism are summed up incredibly nicely and simply in the eightfold path. To live is to suffer, which can be translated more subtly into unsatisfactoriness. While the cause of suffering is craving, iis attachment often put as desire. We suffer because we become attached to the impermanent nature of things as if we can make it permanent. And so allow for that and hold these things lightly without an over confidence in your own ability to control and will things to her.
