Circo economy is very much in place in new york city. What challenges and opportunities are they finding? There's really a sense that a private sector is in. They see the business opportunity. We're trying to figure it how to we best enable what needs to happen. I think post coveet, as we talked about building back better, this is a real opportunity to think outside the box andt the weare.
