Cantarmiora is conceiving of the story and executing the story in his own head without an intermediate script stage that needs to then be passed to a separate artist. It's interesting, just to me effect of that separation, that it needs to go through this intermediary stage,. depending on how the author works with their assistants. Sometimes the assistants are drawing the background, and then the author has drawing the character into it. So it's another model of work flow, of plural authorship.
