Amazon Connect - Customer Engagement
Amazon connect has added product purchase history to personalize customer interactions. Connect chat now supports passing a customer display name and contact attributes through the chat user inter face. Contact attributes include relevant mata data associated with the contact such as customary d loyalty status, or even condext about the web page that the customer was on and when they started the chat.
