You can still request a c v e, even if it's used by five people. There has to be some acknowledgment of the bug being there already. I'm actually not sure on that, because i imagine some cases where companies just don't want to agree that there's anything c v worththy and c vs are still granted. You probably report the c v directly to ph p. But for all those small applications, you might just be reporting to mitrior,. Like one of the default canlers of those requests.
