The French Fifth Republic and the Cult of Personality

I think that's really interesting though John because that would suggest that actually and I kind of do think this that kind of built into the French fifth republic is a kind of bias towards the cult of personality. No one had a Macron in 2013 he was just a junior person with the even finance and that stage he was an economic advisor to Hollande.
