There's a lot more pressure on women for those conflicts that happen than for men. Like if women have this conflict happen, we're dramatic,. We're too aggressive, we get it labels us as this type of person and then no one wants to work with or be around. Whereas men can have those same conflicts. And he's just standard up for himself.
