Super resolution microscopy methods to see genome folding and how do those fit into this? Yeah, so this has been extremely exciting. The technology went through many iterations from about 2009 to about 2016 or so. But then the major limitation was these are ensemble maps that require somewhere between 500,000 upwards of 50 million cells just to generate the maps.
