Is Bingchat Failing?

There's this debate right now going on about what exactly Bingchat is. If it has been kind of fine tuned with reinforcement learning from human feedback, then this suggests that that measure may be less effective than we might have thought. We should expect these larger and more scaled systems, more capable systems to exhibit certain power seeking behaviors. This might be an early indication of that sort of thing.
