How Long Does the Building Department Take to Review Drawings?
Building departments are like the d m v of architecture, a buildingbu that's a pretty appropriate description on if you ever been through it. No one outside of the people who work at those departments have any control over whether or not a building gets approved. A lot of projects, i'm hiring an expediter whose role is to basically smooth out that process and get it done quicker might be a good idea.
