I've been working at weekends in the time since lockdown and up until the end of last year when I finished it. For me this is a subject that's been stuck really in academia or in the kind of very business-yself-help space. It wasn't something for me that exists in between space. So I took a lot of ideas from the academic world and translated them into a more of a straightforward format. And then what I did then was marshal them into different themes.
