The History of Prussia

In 18th century Germany, don't imagine the wealthy dynamic place we know today. The educated middle class had to stay mostly underground and had little influence over politics. Matoriously harsh Prussian discipline broke new recruits down then built them up into the best soldiers of the enlightened manera. Through diplomacy and conquest, they seized as much territory as they could without angering the Emperor.
