The Importance of Teamwork in Leadership
Leadership isn't about I it's about we and it's about creating that sense of we. There's a lot of research now which certainly backs up your pond town that is around co-creation. The all blacks fundamentally changed the way in which they trained to develop their identity. They wanted to play fast open rugby so they talked about trusting the man outside you no matter what the number is on his back, Jeremy says.
