How to Move Your Organs

The diaphragm muscle, this looks like an umbrella. It's an open, a brother that opens and closes. It pushes your organs down because it contracts and increases pressure in your abdomen. And so they don't end up on the floor, you have a basket or a hammock. They're called your pelvic diaphragM or your pelvic floor.
