Solar and Wind - What's Going to Happen in 20 30?

The package of programmes goes out fo over ten years. That's a long time fram and a lot of what the pak age ultimately will do, from our analysis, is long term scale up of clean energy deployment. And that can't happen overnight. Most of the benefits here really starting to accrue in the later part of the 20 twenties. It does take time to turn the energy system around from its dependence on fossil fuels.
