Luke tells Max, like we have 90 days to find a new apartment and he's like, I talked to Nikki and he just like doesn't seem concerned about this at all. And Max is like, well, yeah, he's like always traveling. He makes a shit ton of money. He's just going to pay whatever they tell him to pay. Luke: Yes, you don't want to get blacklisted, but also it is entirely their fault. They're the ones who are choosing to raise the rent 40% and are doing it illegal.
