Narcissistic Parenting and Parenting Styles

Narcissists are so great at making the external appearance of their parenting style look good. Just because perhaps your parent might fit some of these descriptions, it doesn't mean that they were abusive narcissistic parents. I think it's important to also consider a lot of other things and to really seek professional help and professional opinion if you are suddenly identifying attributes of your parents in these kind of descriptions. Once again, this parental style is so disruptive, it's so dysfunctional and it can be really harmful in the long term.
