How to Drive Value Through Process Improvement
Process improvement is about mapping out the current process, not your ideal process. What we do is identify what's a value-added task and then look at time waiting between activity. We can then work out the savings of all the employees involved in that particular task to put it into a monetary value. So every time that we do this process, we can then demonstrate how much we've saved by doing so.
