Is There an Online Meditation Course?
Just five minutes of meditation a day is enough to help clear the mind, improve the mood and boost brain function. It can also slow down the aging process and support a healthy metabolism. The idea is you don't want be doing it too late, because even though it's restful, it's not a pre bed meditation as actually it can be quite refreshing. And equally, we'd a trouble shoot that on the caurse, what if you've got a big thing in the evening? We'll then just bring it earlier.
