Having Fun With Your Coaches

If you're pursuing a goal with like minded people, you have fun. Nothing was worse than coved for me, because i started training alone in my basement and i realize that i don't actually like training. So having fun makes doing hard things easier. And when there's obviously, its been studied and discussed at length, there's an accountability mechanism to help you through the tough times. When there's also a compassion mechanism, so when you fail, other people are there to rovide a support structure to lift you back up. They've probably failed too. They can help you dust off and get back.
