The E2993 Study on Morphologic Remission

Patients were given dexamethasone as a, as the corticosteroid for their induction as opposed to prednisone. Intrathecal chemotherapy was given. And patients under the age of 55 were given a dose of pegilator disparageinase. The pegisparjase was capped at a single bile and it was omitted if you were 55 or greater. After that double phase induction, there was a marrow exam and patients came off study if no morphologic remission was attained.
