Charlie Munger gave Lulu, who is a money manager for Charlie Munger, money to manage because he came as a penniless student from China on student loans. He invested the money and by the time he graduated, he had over a million dollars just from the float of the student loans. And then he continued to invest and his network continued to go up. The first question I would ask any money manager is what has been your wealth accumulation with your own money before you're looking for other people to give you money to manage.
