Ultra Processed People: The Science Behind the Food That Isn't Food
Ultra Processed People is a new book about the science behind food that isn't food. It was developed by scientists to explain why some foods are associated with poor health outcomes. Author Chris Boulden says people feel 'gaslit' by what they're told to eat in their diet plans. He believes there's no way of avoiding this problem, and it will be impossible for lots of people to avoid eating out as much as they should.
