The Importance of Carbohydrates in Exercise

If you've used all that carbohydrate up for the exercise, then you won't have enough spare for the nurturing your hormones. Hormones need feeding so feed them with consistent level of carbohydrate. Vitamin D is an interesting one because it's not really a vitamin and I'm claiming it for the hormones. Unlike most vitamins, you get it through the diet. It's actually the action of sunlight on your skin. Even in the UK, even if you walk around naked or winter, you won't get enough sunlight on the skin.
