Sally Kohn: Why does the employer need to weed out people without a college degree, whether's two, three or four years? Is it really because there's just a whole bunch of incompetent people out there without degrees that they want to make sure that they don't waste their time interviewing? She says colleges bring people together from different neighborhoods, sometimes different regions, different states, maybe ven, different countries and you do a lot of thinking. And i think there can be a civic value to that, for connecting us as a society and not letting us stay in the silos of corporate work places and commnities.
