Dominion Defamation Cases Are Hard to Prove, Aren't They?

Dominion began alerting Fox News and other networks of the false allegations they were broadcasting November 12th, four days after Sidney Powell first discussed Dominion with Maria Bartiromo. Defamation cases are hard to prove, aren't they? Yes, they are. The plaintiff has to prove what the law calls actual malice. You need to show basically that the defendant published a broadcast, a deliberate lie, a calculated falsehood.
