The law came about because of a constitutional court case. In Canada, we don't use the word euthanasia except for involuntary like that's what we use or our pets when I use them. Here, we call an assisted brain. And in some cases, it's called assisted suicide. The main one was that the natural death must be reasonably foreseeable.
