The Challenge of Scaling Your Business

We are an operations cloud SaaS company, and what we really do is we automatically detect and diagnose disruptive events. We were formed by three engineers in 2009, who realized that the traditional ITOM and ITSM solutions were not a fit for the cloud. It's really kind of synergistic to what we've been talking about in this podcast for a long period of time. The whole point of the business model is lost if you're adding head count linearly.
