Adolescents' Social and Emotional Development

Social media has really, i can changed the social landscape of what adolescence looks like to day. And so we're trying to unpack what that means in terms of how they're able to stay connected to others and if this may be increasing their a sense of loneliness or negative aspecs on their body image. We don't yet know how these disual media platforms and what their experiencing oline might be integrated into theirbrains. So that something that we're just very interested in exploring, and are starting to conduct longitudinal research to follow teams across timeand understand the bi directional relationships here.
